How Do I Cancel My CW ESP?

I purchased a TT with ESP from Camping World, Vacaville, CA in late April 2014.
Two weeks ago I purchased a new Class C. Not from CW.
I have left 3 messages with the Finance Dept and Finance Manager at CW Vacaville, CA and have not heard back from anyone.

I understand that I have to request cancellation from CW Vacaville. How do I do that if they don't respond?
Is there a form available online to send to someone there?
Or will a simple letter suffice?

I have read about many problems getting this done so don't have the patience to wait much longer before making a two hour trip to confront them in person.

    I've been following this thread and seeing that you were able to help others. My wife and I just sent you an email in hopes of you being able to help us cancel our ESP is well.
