Yes, I did and that and I figured I hear from him at 2:30, if that was the issue. It got me steaming as I waited, since being at work, I want to try and be free when he called. Two days ago, I would have not purchased GSRA for a penny due to my experience, but if Mark carries through with what he said, I may come back. I have paid a lot out since 2003 for GS and not got a return, due to us staying at one campground, but I stayed a member because I believe GS is good for campers

I find Good Sam to be honest and above board when it comes to correcting a problem. They have a problem with some of the dispatchers and I am confident they will correct the problems when they learn of them. However that does not un-create the problem and frustration that the customer experiences during their breakdown...it only mitigates it somewhat. Been there and done that and I AM SATISFIED WITH HOW THEY MITIGATED MY SITUATIONS. I find them to be very honest and trying to do right with their businesses.
No person is perfect and all businesses are operated by people..... how they correct the problems is reflective of the CONTENT OF THEIR CHARACTER. I am a happy camper. :B
