while I am still boiling mad, I am going to update this posting. I just got off of the phone with Frank from GS, that Mark was having investigate this issue. All Frank looked into was an issue I had at first and did not even look into this issue. After wasting my time on the phone with Frank telling me how they are the best and want me back, I turned down his free year of service. Even free service is no good if you can't trust their service. As I told Mark, if Frank could tell me after he investigated this, how the service would be better, I would accept the free membership and try them again. This just gives me less trust when you have the top people that can't communicate, how can you expect the ones under them to communicate. Too bad Frank did not read this postings, then he know what he is investigating.
