GS Roadside Assistance and GS club are two separate memberships requiring two separate payments and two separate numbers. Did you join both and pay for both? If so, I'd place a phone call to GS to straighten this out. Sounds to complex to sort out by text.

So I signed up for the Good Sam Club "roadside assistance" and that required me to ALSO sign up for the club.

I got an email from them saying "Your membership is active, but you must register HERE in order to get your membership number"... But then when I click on the LINK to register, the FIRST thing they ask for is my member number.

So you need to register to get your number, but you need your number to register. I emails them a few days ago about it, but never heard back.

They must not have noticed that they made it impossible to sign into their website until you get the actual card in the mail. I was hoping to mess with the planner BEFORE I get the card (as that can take 2 weeks). And I am leaving on my trip in 3 weeks.

Not sure what you're signing up for; Good Sam Club?, Forum? You need to be a member of the Good Sam Club to use the trip planner. Most other links are available without membership.You can be a member of this forum without a Good Sam membership; however, that does not get you access to the trip planner on the Good Sam website.
