How long before I get information?

In the past it has been noted that 2 - 3 weeks is normal. In this case I would guess even longer since this has been a holiday season, everything slows down.

They aren't know for quick service.
They aren't known for good service all the time either.
I personally would NEVER consider home or auto insurance through them.....but that's just me.

Ordering anything 4 days before Christmas is a **** shoot.
I'd give until the end of this week......and then call them.
