How many databases exist for customer info? -UPDATE

This morning I logged on to goodsamclub.com and updated my mailing address. Then I used the web contact form to request the Lifetime Member card that I never received (and noted that I'd just updated ...

I tend to agree with that but holy cow, how long will they keep putting band aids on symptoms instead of addressing the root cause?


You may or may not ever receive the card based on the number of complaints about this on this forum without one of the execs getting involved. It's shameful.
