Well, here it is 6 weeks AFTER the customer care team got involved to finally get my lifetime membership card mailed to me and still no membership cards. Really??? C'mon folks, this is not rocket science. Just as a reminder they were promised in 4-5 weeks, which was ridiculous to begin with.
So the first level (web contact form) failed. The second level (customer care team) failed. Who's on deck next? Marcus? Where are the cards physically printed? Maybe they're close enough that I can just drive over and spell my name and address for them.
