If you are looking at buying in with a new membership from the park then I suggest you take a defibrillator with you. I purchased one (5 yrs. ago) from a park that was only 6 miles from my house when we first got our TT. I have since moved 800 miles away from it and can't get a reasonable amount of my money back out of it so I continue with that park as my home park. My buy in price was 1/3 of what it is today and I still go back there and have used other C2C parks while traveling.
1. Look at resellers first
2. determine if 2 weeks in-1 week out will work OK for you (classic membership) or 3 weeks in-1 week out (Premier membership) is what you want.
3. really think hard if you will actually use that membership enough to make you feel like you are getting your monies worth.
You can do a lot of camping at regular rates for what you are going to pay for a membership, AND have the choice of going anywhere you like. Now, I will say there are some advantages to membership, but only you can decide if something like that will be your best value and fit your needs.
