How to redeem rec rewards

There are instances where campground purchases will not automatically earn the 3 points per dollar. If the campground has not identified their merchant code as a campground or trailer park, the system can't calculate the points accurately. This can be an issue at State parks as they don't classify themselves as a campground but as a government purchase. The merchant classification code that a campground uses is at their discretion and something that Good Sam cannot control. It is our goal to provide a program that rewards our cardholders for being active in the RV lifestyle and we appreciate your feedback so we can continue to make improvements.
