But yeah, when I read it, I was a bit baffled by it too.
I would have thought it would be a selling point by the CW to change the tire for him...Makes the customer appreciate that they took the time to help him. And in return, that same customer may come back to that (or another) CW in the future to make additional purchases or even by a new RV.
But that's just my two cents worth...
