Not surprised.

I went into Camping World San Bernardino for a failure of porch lights for my one-week old TT. I was told it's a dealer issue and I should go back to CW Valencia because CW San Bernardino is not a dealer. Valencia is more than an hour away and San Bernardino is just 20 minutes.
