I just joined GS BECAUSE of this Forum

I considered all possible roadside assistance companies available. With my pop up and then HTT I didn't feel a real need for RS assistance and through luck or Gods good will we were always able to change the flats we had (2 on pop up & 1 on HTT) safely if not quickly.

Now that I have an older Class C I felt there was a real need for RS assistance. I read as much as I could on these forums but it all boiled down to there are good & bad stories for every company, disgruntled & happy customers, and customers belonging 10+ years for ALL of them.

So "you picks your company & you takes your chances" and hope you come out on the happy, good story side. Or if you don't, I hope Marcus is around here to make it right for us!

  • I've had to use the GS road side assistance twice since joining. Neither experience was negative, although the first instance, I thought was unusual, it was probably me not fully understanding the scope of the situation. In any event, GS RS stepped up to the plate and made it right.
