- beemerphile1ExplorerSince Open Range is a brand of RV and Camping World is a store that sells RVs, I don't understand the OP. Seems like apples and oranges to me.

Yes we do....and no he hasnt. No sense in the post. - Old-BiscuitExplorer IIIAnd buying it from Camping World would have been different :H
- guidryExplorer IIOperator error? Sounds like he did not become familiar with the different systems or a poor PDI. Things do break but on the new Open Ranges, you have to familiarize yourself with how things work, especially if new to 5th wheels.
- old_guyExplorermay be he should be glad it is still under warranty.
- fla-gypsyExplorerOP stated in another post on 5/5/13 that he just bought new. Also stated that the jacks didn't work properly and the 5'ver fell over. You can't make this stuff up. See below;

Going from a Class A to a Fiver was an easy decision for us. When we took delivery the fiver was already set up at the dealership for us when we arrived. LCI jacks were already down. On our first trip out we found out the LCI system wasn't calibrated. Then when setting up the auto sequence button was pressed and down went the jacks, they fully extended and oops the fiver fell over. Inter sleeves of the jacks came out. :~(.
Also when taking delivery it was a sunny day so I didn't know about using a soccer ball for run off. Maybe I'll send a Wal Mart receipt for a soccer ball to the Dealer and Open Range. We really enjoy the 5er, The side patio is wonderful, our 2 dogs love it as we do. The dogs can be outdoors on the patio and not tied down outside in the dirt. Easy to relax on the patio.Then when setting up the auto sequence button was pressed and down went the jacks, they fully extended and oops the fiver fell over. - What Open Range do you have? What year is it? How long have you had it? What are the problems? Is it the dealer that is not helping you? Have you contacted the Open Range factory? We need some details here.....
- Luke_PorterExplorerHere he says his fifth wheel "fell over".
