If I broke down in my driveway.......

This proves that CN can make boo boos just as well as any other RS. You don't hear about CN errors because they don't have a site to air the problems to the public like here on GS. My use of GSRS has towed vehicles out of my driveway with one question "Where are we taking this car"?

That is good to know, deception (lying thru your teeth) works with CoachNet maybe it will work with Good Sam the next time you have to FAKE an emergency. Give me a break...:R

Good luck with the problem. I think it all has to do with the person that shows up and how they enter the information. Cookies for the driver never hurt....

Interesting that with all the responses GS has not seen fit to give us an official answer yet.

GS has actually winched my dually out of garage and hauled it to repair shop.

I called GS and they sent a mobile mechanic to the house for an air leak in the air brakes. They paid for the travel time, I paid for the repair. I switched to GS after CN left me stranded, so no surprise they did not send anyone.

Just trying to return the topic to the OP's question.

I would have called back and tried a different agent.
CoachNet towed/winched my HDT tow vehicle from my actual driveway at my winter ranch a few seasons back when it got stuck in the mud after 30 days of heavy rains. I'm on their Platinum Plan but not sure that matters.
I also know of at least 2 large RV rallys where rigs were parked in grassy fields and both CN and GS were busy for days towing rigs out of the mud after heavy rains. So that agents excuse doesn't seem to hold water.
