I hope you paid by credit card.
I would dispute the charge and start shopping for new insurance.
And I would be tempted to contact the BBB and your state's Insurance Commission.....if time permits.
Just another example of shoddy customer service......but as long as the money keeps flowing in, they don't have to worry about little stuff like losing loyal customers.
