My Insurance company (Progressive) told me that legally they have to notify you before your policy is cancelled. In fact I did receive in the mail a notice that my policy was going to be cancelled......my payment had crossed paths in the mail with this notice. I would expect the same notification laws would apply to Good Sam. If you have not received a notice of cancelation they probably recognized your payment......as they stated in the email they sent you.
