KPetrick, Thank you but I was able to talk to someone by calling the claims number. I ended up cancelling my policy. I now have Progressive insurance. I was able to get a slightly better policy for $45 less per year. It didn't have to come to this. All I wanted to do was to print out my policy. When I couldn't do that and I couldn't talk to anyone by normal means to fix the issue and then when I was able to talk to someone in claims and I got a run around, I went to the cancellation option and closed my policy out. As a side note, there was no apology and no attempt to keep me as a customer either. That says a lot and I hope my refund actually gets mailed to me!
Update: I just now received an email indicating National general received my previous email and to call the Customer Service phone number for further information. That's the phone number that no one answers!
