Good Evening EA Williams, Your Good Sam Club membership card does get you discounts off of services and merchandise at Camping World locations. Being a member of Good Sam Club does not automatically register your vehicle in all Camping World data bases. If you are taking your vehicle to the same repair facility, that facility should have record of past repairs and visits. But if you are taking the vehicle to different locations for repairs, they may not have access to previous repair information done at a different location.
