Is there a different card for Platinum?

I received my renewal notice and regular cards. Decided to upgrade to Platinum for $139.95, wrote check, mailed in on 5/25. Check cleared on 5/29.

Will I be receiving a different card with the Platinum membership or is it the same card as I received with my non-Platinum renewal notice?

Also, how do I go about requesting a third card? (received two)

    I have received the email, thank you. Just to clarify, there is a different card used for the platinum membership level (vs the standard level) and I should receive three such cards in 2-3 weeks?
