I wouldn't mind paying if the guy they send out is a skilled tech. To send out some guy that isn't any smarter than I am is about what I expect from GS. GS ERS lost my business couple of weeks ago when the RVer had to talk to 5 different people before finding one smart enough to send someone out to fix his tire. I got on the phone and signed up for Coach Net for 3 years after that post.
