jack system with parts obsolete question

How would that work with Good Sam extended warranty if you have IDS jack system on 2001 Beaver coach and system has a leaking actuator that I was told cannot be repaired or replaced. I can't use the jack system at all now as it is... but to replace the whole system is $5000 at HWH factory in Iowa. Does GS cover any of that replacement cost?

  • Good Sam ESP will cover the cost of the failed part and labor to replace or repair it. If that part is no longer available, or if the customer elects to replace the entire unit rather than repair the unit, ESP will pay what the repair cost would have been towards the replacement of the unit.
  • I used to be in the hydraulic business. It seems funny that it can't be repaired.
Have you tried any hydraulic repair businesses?
I would call around or maybe find a local mechanic who could look at it.
