Just order it from Amazon. You will get it quicker and without potential problems. I suggest you not bother with joining the Good Sam Club for their miserly 10% discount. Join Passport America (www.passportamerica.com) where you will get 50% off your camping fees.
Also, buy the "America the Beautiful Interagency Annual Pass" for $80.00. That pass will get you and your family free admission into all the National Parks and will save you money as some of the parks have a $25.00 admission charge!
By the way, two years ago I visited the UK for two weeks, and rented a narrow boat and enjoyed canal life. What a great trip! Thanks for the memories!
