IMHO, The conduit to complaints should be GS providing a "Phone number" to call them instead of a link to this forum as a contact.AND someone actually talking the calls in their own damn office.
Instead of a "please pm me", tactical team response posted on a public forum.
Of course, there can always be improvements, but how many major companies besides GS have and maintain a public forum for complaints?
How many CEO'S will respond publicly on a forum? (Although lately Marcus has been quiet)
I am not a GS cheerleader, but rather call them as I see them both good, and not so good.
