IMHO, The conduit to complaints should be GS providing a "Phone number" to call them instead of a link to this forum as a contact.AND someone actually talking the calls in their own damn office.

Of course, there can always be improvements, but how many major companies besides GS have and maintain a public forum for complaints?

I am not a GS cheerleader, but rather call them as I see them both good, and not so good.
Telephone banks are just too expensive and the waits to get someone get long and customers just get angrier. If they did have one it would most likely be int he Philippines or India and you would still get the same kind of non-answers.
As for Marcus on the forums...well any CEO is a very busy guy and has to ask himself all the time if what he is doing is the most productive thing he can do for the company. I certainly don't expect Marcus to answer my issues...however I do expect Real Answers...which many folks often do not get.
I do think that he might be smart to hold online "town Hall" type meetings to take questions on the forum (in real time)maybe once a month or quarter.
My sense is there is a lot more dissatisfaction lurking out there with GSE than is apparent on this forum. Customer Focus should be a big concern at GSE about now.
