Junk Mail-Continued

RE: Changing the settings so you won't get mail. We have had to make the change numerous times. The settings somehow revert back to receiving mail.

We have now dropped Good Sam. It'll be interesting to see how much they want us back by sending out mailings!

Thank you for your time and post. I would like to address your concern about closing posts and threads. The team will close a post or tread when we know that the OP's concerns have been addressed and resolved. The OP at anytime can open a new post or continue ( if still open ) the original post to explain any and all resolutions to the problem stated. A post or thread will also be closed if the conversation gets off track from the OP's concern or problem or a post can be closed if the code of conduct is not followed within the thread.

There are couple places to change the settings. If you have used more than 1 email in the past, or have more than 1 account, you have to remember all of them and change them on all accounts. If not, you will continue to receive some of it.

If you have Good Sam Membership, log in or create an online account.
After you login, in the upper right corner, select "My Account".
Under "GO TO", select "Subscriptions".
You should see your email addresses associated with your account, if it is not there, add it, and uncheck anything you don't want email or snail junk mail on.
Don't forget to save it.


GSERS also has a place to remove the stuff you get.

Log in or create your GSERS online account.
Once you get logged in, on the right hand side, look for "Email Preferences".
Click on "Email Preferences", and add all email addresses you have used with GSERS.
Uncheck any stuff you don't want via email or snail mail.
Save it and you should be good.

It may take a few weeks for it to completely stop, but it does.

There are probably many purposes for this forum. Marcus once said the purpose of this forum was to provide a "conduit for complaints" to his office.

I send their junk mail back to them, that way they pay postage both ways to get my "NO!" and in some cases it has worked to get the junk mail stopped, and at least greatly reduced from GS and other mass mailers.

sounds like a prelude to a protest march.

I agree with some of your observations but since they own the forum they set the parameters on how it operates.
