In my case, every call for service to GoodSam has been handled professionally and efficiently. So, from my perspective, it has been HASSLE FREE. I believe that the majority of the calls are handled the same way. Unfortunately, most members come to this forum only to complain and never to praise. Some of the stories here are so far fetched, that in my humble opinion, they are greatly exaggerated, or in some cases, downright false. I know I will take heat for saying this, but I think there are a lot of members of this forum who spend all their lives just looking for something to complain about.
