You are right, people are far more willing to complain than compliment. I am sure there are many instances where Good Sam ERS has performed well. However, the complaints posted here do not seem to be a minor gripe, but a significant failure that when brought to the attention of people who could have easily resolved it, are actually made worse. That is my concern with Camping World/Good Sam- the problems are horrendous and tortuous for the people involved. When it is good, it is good, when it is bad, it is very very bad.
