I explained to the Agent that Camping World of Hope Mills were the people who installed it for me. I was then told that they were 69 miles away and that I would be charged $0.04/mile to take my Jeep there."

Why on earth wouldn't you pay the "$0.04" per mile? That would have been a grand total of $2.76 for the 69 miles.
