You really need to get over yourself. No one is responsible for your safety but you. Why in heck would you sit in a dangerous neighborhood waiting for ERS. That is not what I would consider intelligent. If you are in danger - CALL THE POLICE! They will arrange a tow and you can request reimbursement from ERS later.
