We used Good Sam for years and it was OK, no horror stories. The problem I had with Good Sam is that they kept our mail box filled with special offers ,etc from every company under the sun. Not a week went by without some big package of "offers" from whoever. I would go through them, remove our name and address, shred, etc.
Finally heard of Coach Net and have been using them for about 3 years now. No horror stories, service not really better than Good Sam, but I only get a single thin bill from them once a year. Works for me!
