Thanks....... finally able to get it fixed, sent Blake the info but finally had to call Good Sam Helpline.......... Changed my email March 1. The Life Member Logo didn't go away til late May was unable to change email through the website (It would not take it).

You might start by telling us what you have done so far. People have made suggestions but we don't know if you have followed them. The suggestion I made to you weeks ago worked for me.

Is your email on your good Sam account and your account here on the forum the same?

If yes, then log out of the forum and then log back in.

If no, then have them both reflect the same email address and then log out of e forum and back in.

Did you send the information to Blake Gude as he requested?

Log out and log back in again. There seems to be some sort of glitch with the forum software.

Thank you for your post. In order to have your Life logo attached to your profile you would need to have the email you use for your RV.net account to match the email you use for your Good Sam Life Membership. If you send me a Private Message with your member number or name and zip code I can update your email for you. Thank you for your membership.
