Regarding exclusions; my paperwork says it will repair or replace video and audio. In speaking with other RV Owners, I have heard some say you could not get an upgraded model, my paperwork does not say that and further the model as La Mesa RV has advised me is a replacement for the earlier model(Model XS90101B is now SX90101E........supposedly essentially the same functionality. I also do not want an upgrade, just a repair or the same functionality. The one thing that bothers me is that when the original unit was put in at the factory, the software and accompanying antenna were put in to allow it to work, I would expect the same type of assembly with any unit so what is provided will function. Makes sense to me and also to La Mesa RV,and other people I have talked to regarding the extended warranty.
As for Good Sam Customer Service; I hoping that the polite and nice lady, Ella, I spoke to on Friday and again yesterday will be able to assist with the Extended Protection Plan getting things as they were.
