This is total craziness. And as I replied back to them, can you see why so many people complain about this product they push at EVERY sale they make?
Why don't you start your own post detailing all the circumstances instead of hi-jacking another OP treads. All I have read from you is reasons you feel they denied your claim, no real info. If you want to influence prospective customers, give all details so we can understand.
