On another note.. Its interesting that when Marcus 1st appeared here, told everyone who he was, what his agenda was, and followed through over the past few years fixing prettymuch any valid problem that hit the forums (and quickly), has all but completely shut down the whiners and naysayers that used to endlessly chew up the pages here.

Interesting. I still see lots of CW bashing here. Sometimes it seems that they deserve it, sometimes they don't.

The genius of Marcus and his actions are that he is staying in touch on the basic level. He has a pipeline here to learn what is going on where the rubber meets the road, not in the board room.

The opposite is "Undercover Boss," where so often the boss returns from the front lines and says:"I had no idea......"

Many CEO's could and should take lessons from Marcus.
