Sounds like it didn't get processed. The Good Sam crew doesn't monitor the site on weekends. Now that Monday is here I'll wager you will get some assistance soon solving the issue.

I renewed my membership five weeks ago for a membership that does not expire until April. Am surprised that I have not yet received s new membership card with magnetic strip for that gasoline discount. Guess they are waiting for the old membership to expire before activating my new card/membership?

We signed up when we were at a local RV show, then went to CW a couple of weekends later, bought a few things, and was given the discount even though we hadn't received the cards yet in the mail,, thought that was nice of them to do that and then we received our cards in the mail about 1-2 weeks later in the mail.

Should only take minutes I would think. Twenty-four hours at most. When did you renew? What is the expiration date on your card?

Seems like the last time I renewed before Lifetime membership, that it was instantly done after I paid my money. Never had a problem with the membership part of Good Sam/Camping World.

A very legit question you shouldn't have to ask. I want to reactivate my membership but I will not until I can go to a CW pay the cost and be instantly provided with a membership card and I can access benefits immediately. GS is just blowing it with a lack of easily acquired technology. Hey Marcus, you need to be all over this. It is not the first time I have seen these complaints, in fact they are common. Scale back on the junk mail and put the money into some IT, please!
