Membership info

I signed up for a 3 year membership on 1/5/22. Website says I can log on to "my account" and get membership number within 24 hours. Sticky here says I will receive an email within 48 hours to get my membership number. I can not log on to website. I registered and it says my email and password do not match. I asked for a password reset and and the email says there is no account associated with my email. When I try to re-register it tells me there is already an account associated with my email. I never received an email confirming my membership registration. I have a confirmation number for the sign up fees.
How do I get my membership number or log on to "my account"?

  • :) Hi, I also got several E-mails for Good Sam renewal. So, fine, I will renew my membership. As I went to renew my membership, I was asked to sign in. I tried to sign in, but I guess that I wasn't registered, so it didn't work. So now I register and sign in. (I just wanted to pay my bill and move on) Next, I had to fill in all of the information squares. I didn't want all of this; I just wanted to pay the fee and be done with it. Finally, after submitting all of my information and credit card information. And agreeing to all of the terms, I clicked to submit all of this only to have a page pop up saying that their web site had a failure.

    Oh, just forget it all. For gosh sakes, I just wanted to pay for my renewal, not buy a house.
