Membership Level Benefits Confusion

Thank you for your inquiry! All of our Roadside Assistance plans, including the Automobile plans, provide unlimited towing to the nearest repair facility capable of repairing the vehicle. The Platinum + plan does also provide this, but this is our only plan where you would also have the option of going to any shop of your chosing within 100 miles. That is free towing anywhere up to 100 miles. The other plans will only tow you to the nearest service facility. It's still free in a sense, but if you have anything other than the Platinum + and want to be towed somewhere beyond the nearset service facility, then you will have to pay the difference.

They just started the Platinum + recently. When we signed up last year, I think it was, the Platinum was the best and that is what we went with. We have been upgraded to the Platinum + as part of our warranty deal with purchasing a new Motorhome from CW last month. I think we have it until 2020 or something like that.

Personally I thought the additional benefits were worth it for the Platinum. The Platinum + has some good additional options. The best thing is that you will hopefully waste your money purchasing a plan and not need it. That's what i'm hoping. lol
