Membership renewal

Why is it my credit card gets charged a month ahead of my expiration date, but my account profile does not reflect the renewal after a couple of weeks have passed. Rather I keep getting asked to renew my already renewed membership. My credit card company was much more prompt in billing me for the renewal. As I was also prompt in paying my credit card.

If I attempt to print a temp card for use, the only option shown is to print a temp card from my renewal a year ago.

It would seem that in a computer generated society that there would be no need for such a lag time to exist.

    Thank you for your post. I was able to locate your membership in our system and see where your Good Sam Club was automatically renewed and your membership was extended another year. If the Goodsamclub.com website is not reflecting the new expiration date we need to look into that further.     got your message. because of the late hour where you are at. I will do some more investigating tonight but contact you tomorrow afternoon and we can work together to get this fixed.

    I renewed mine in April did not get new card till August
    gave up calling to find out why
  • Rudy was quick on the draw with the reply.

    The only other time I found it necessary to contact Good Sam was with Roadside Assistance and they were on top of the ball as well. Matter of fact my home phone was ringing within a minute of making my post.

  • I called when I could not use my GS for a discount at Flying J. They promised that a new card would be sent (2 months ago). I have not seen anything yet.
  • Good Evening Revump, I do apologize for the issue with your Good Sam membership cards. I was able to locate your membership using your name and address and have just reissued 2 new cards to you home address on file. The cards will arrive in 3 to 4 weeks.
