Thanks for the link. Because of all the problems I have been seeing on this site in regards to the road side service I delegated this task (comparing RSA plans) to my good friend who has not been tainted or influenced by the negative comments on this board. I wanted a clear eyed objective view. It was she that missed this link and has been duly reprimanded :)
Note to ROADSERVICE GUY (Mr Siemens); an open mind is a great thing. I do not work for the competition. I am just a customer.
Last time I checked CoachNet has no site to complain on like this one when something does go wrong. I am banned from their Facebook page because I did have a complaint that CN refused to do anything about. I would challenge CN to put up a forum where members can vent, you will see the same complaints, but then again if they handled it like they do their Facebook page, you won't see anything, they will just ban you and remove your post.
I am using the tools that are available to me. If Coachnet had a site I would be there. But just because Coach Net does not have a site does not therefore mean that I should not use the GSE site.
As for Facebook, I dont know any company that allows complaints on their FB page. Thats Advertising.
As for RV net, the mere fact of this site does nothing to mitigate the wave of really egregious complaints that appear here and moreover does not mean that the responses from the GS Care Team and Managers outweigh the effect of the complaints, especially when we rarely get feedback as to what has really taken place to fix the many problems that are voiced here.
Lastly the idea that Coachnet should have a site is a bit of a straw-man argument. What would they put in it? GSE has many arms, CW. Road Serv, Good Sam Club,Trailer Life and Motor Home and others. these things and the interest in them make a site like this feasible. Coach net is simply a Road Service provider. Why would they even entertain such a site?
