Thank you for the post Moisheh. Are you dialing the Mexico Dispatch number from the inside the United States as it appears in the benefit brochure (001-866-456-0969)? If so it will give an error due to the call originating from the United States as that format is set up for dialing within Mexico. If you dial using a U.S. call format (1-866-456-0969) from inside the United States it works.
