Missing notifications on both Firefox and Edge

I've noticed that the notifications are now missing. It used to be that when I clicked on notifications I could see all my notifications. Now when I click on the little dot that indicates I have a no...

So we've gone from rv.net where everything worked and was laid out well to this new format which was supposed to be better, and got invited to a bunch sessions for feedback on enhancements that never occurred, almost all the mods left and now we have things breaking that aren't being fixed. Seems to me, its all working 100% backwards. Its been worse since the conversion and getting progressively worse.
