Just want to say that I have received a call from Mark @ the Good Sam Team. He was very apologetic and assured me that this incident will not be repeated and made other commitments to me that I felt were fair. In Good Sam's defense not every company has a forum that would allow disgruntled customers to vent their concerns to the world and I am greatful that Good Sam does.
