Mobile RV Tech Needed ASAP

Question

Hi!&nbsp;My husband and I just bought a 2023 Fusion and already needing a mobile tech to come to our campground to work on the generator and converter as soon as possible. I keep calling the customer service number on the website and have been given the “mobile tech” number and was also told it is a new number they give out to customers which is: 904 585 2857. We have called this number several times and no answer. We have an Elite Membership with GS and just trying to figure this out as soon as possible but keep getting the same runaround when we call the customer service number. Does anyone have a different number they use to contact a mobile rv tech for GS? Thank you!&nbsp;

Unfortunately no. No one answered after multiple calls but then proceeded to receive an email stating they do not have mobile techs in this area when it is posted on the website that they do. It’s very frustrating when you pay for the elite membership. Do you have the mobile tech help line number? That may be able to help you.&nbsp;

I'm not sure. They gave me a few numbers. I'm going to try them all tomorrow and then the BBB. I've had issues since I got this brand new 2025 destination RV. It can't really be moved. And now I tried to turn the fireplace on and it shut down and had smoke coming out of it. Not simple stuff.&nbsp;
