More than 1 membership.... continuation to April 2nd message

On April 2nd I posted a message concerning my Good Sam Membership card (duplicate number/cards). Thought this had been straightened out and the post was closed -- it has not and I cannot open the mess...

Did you call the GS elite service phone number you were given in the other post? What did they tell you when you called?
