More than 1 membership.... continuation to April 2nd message

On April 2nd I posted a message concerning my Good Sam Membership card (duplicate number/cards). Thought this had been straightened out and the post was closed -- it has not and I cannot open the mess...

Like I said earlier when someone asked why these issues are not taken care of on line on this public forum......

Well there you go, now the whole internet world knows this guys membership number. :S

And posting an answer to a customer on face book? What's with that! :R

Pick up the damn phone and talk directly to these people. Force them to talk to you directly.
