My 1st experience with Good Sam Roadside Assistance = BAD

The good news is that in almost 5 years as a GS Roadside member, this was the first time I had to use the service. Luckily it was for my SUV and not my RV. My car was in my garage and would not star...

Was with another provider but: When my key jammed in the ignition, I was given the choice of a locksmith or a tow, but would only get ONE service paid. I asked for a tow truck figuring I could get the locksmith in town cheaper than trying and then needing a tow. Big burly tow driver wrenched the key out after three mighty tries as it turns out. Most providers will only allow one service per incident. Choose well...........
