UPDATE: I did receive a call regarding the issue I experienced with GS Roadside Assistance. After discussing what I encountered I was left with the assurance that the issue would be addressed and most likely an issue that they need to address and clarify with their staff.

Many companies would not have responded as quickly if at all, so I will give them credit for responding and addressing the issue directly with me.
