The good news is that in almost 5 years as a GS Roadside member, this was the first time I had to use the service. Luckily it was for my SUV and not my RV. My car was in my garage and would not star...

Well just found out that Allstate Ins is contracted to provide the dispatch services for Good Sam. Maybe Allstate uses different reps for their own service.
