My $35.00 loss at Camping World... I've never run into this.

To all, We have been camping since 1978, but, this is a new one....Went to Camping World to get some tire covers for our new 5th wheeler, I had just received in the mail a $10.00 coupon from Camping ...

I agree this is not the way to keep customers. The sad truth is they are not the only ones. JC Penney and Sears both reduce the return value by the amount of the "gift" or "reward" coupon. Maybe that's what's in store for CW. Both Sears and Penneys are predicted to fold before the end of this year.
