I want to thank everyone for their support. I was really upset, this is the worst exchange/return policy I have ever run into.
There is nothing more important to "brick and mortar" stores than "Customer Care". We are talking about $35.00, not $3,500.00.
I worked for GTE for 30 yrs. One of the first classes I took was Customer Care, because the customer paid our salary. This is still true......
